When a woman living in a wind turbine is torn away by a violent storm, she begins to question whether the place she once called home still retains any meaning for her.

In a future flooded Netherlands, Fenna lives alone in a wind turbine that she has transformed into her home. When a violent storm sweeps her away, she must return via a labyrinth of half-flooded, perilous islands and diverse communities. En route, she begins to question the harsh life she has chosen, and new encounters gradually awaken old feelings she thought she had buried. Fenna must face the painful truth that what she once called home no longer feels that way.
