After her first, uncomfortable sexual experience, the body of young woman Fem begins to undergo disturbing changes.

When introverted Fem joins a sorority her bedroom door is knocked off its hinges and there is only one way she can get it back: by having sex in her new dorm room. Fem reluctantly agrees, but when the sex becomes heavy-handed, Fem begs the boy to stop. To no avail. The next day, Fem wakes up with an itchy rash in the shape of handprints. The rash only gets worse until she discovers that her skin heals from consensual skin to skin contact. The skin condition teaches Fem that sex can also be liberating and shouldn't be violent. But when she sees her roommate become a victim of sexual assault, she uses her hungry skin for revenge.
