Temporarily removed from her home, teenager Olivia wants nothing more than to return to her mother Selma, despite their endless and fierce arguments. As she finds her place in the turbulent and colourful world of crisis center Girla, where she is among equally damaged peers and well-meaning social workers, Olivia starts to move more freely and gains new insights both into herself and her symbiotic relationship with her mother.
