The snackbar, owned by Abi and located in a suburb of Amsterdam, is a refuge for the local Moroccan youth. They are wild, violent and criminal but to them Abi is like an old, trustworthy Turkish uncle - understanding, funny but also strict. But what if Abi, with his addiction to backgammon, jeopardises this state of harmony?
