A character driven story about a 12-year-old Philippine-American girl struggling to survive on the streets of Manila. Social worker Claire tries to intervene but this head-strong girl thinks she can take her life - and her future - in her own hands. The film, shot over a period of three years, is based on actual interviews with Lilet, the little girl who became Manila's most famous child prostitute.
